Donna has over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry which includes 9 years' experience as the Education Service Director at a Regional Payments Association (RPA), where she managed and facilitated the entire Education program for nearly 800 financial institution members. Prior to that, Donna spent 14 years in various departments with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and also holds the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation (achieved in 2004).

Topic Background:

Each year the NACHA Operating Rules change and as a participant in the ACH Network you are required to follow these Rules. After many approved amendments to the Rules from enhancing Same Day ACH (SDA) by expanding the timeframe to submit them to increasing the dollar limit on SDA transactions, including improving funds availability for ALL ACH Entries (not just SDA Entries.

An RDFI accepts all types of Entries and can Return, changes are being made to allow for more options and flexibility when doing Returns in an effort to further notify the Originator/ODFI of the specific reason for a Return Entry. Details on how two Return Reason Codes R11 and R17 will be utilized in the future. NACHA continues to improve the quality of the ACH Network by adding additional enhancements to the Rules, such as supplementing Data Security requirements for Originators, TPS and TPSP, plus adding more details to the requirements for Originators of WEB debits regarding “commercially reasonable fraudulent transaction detection systems”.

Refund Policy

Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date and will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance. TrainBanking would process/provide refund if the Live Webinar has been cancelled. The attendee could choose between the recorded version of the webinar or refund for any cancelled webinar. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.
